Great tool for tracking the uptime and key apps.
Let me start by saying that Corey and the Uptime app have been absolute game-changers for my business at Prime Party. The Uptime app has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for us. There have been countless instances when our sales suddenly dipped, and I'd find myself filled with anxiety, knowing that I'd have to spend an entire day dissecting the website to identify where the funnel was breaking down and then scrambling to seek support to fix it. It was a constant source of stress and disruption to my daily life.
It's interesting because my business partner, Paul, once asked if there was an app out there that could monitor our website's performance so we wouldn't have to rely solely on our instincts to diagnose issues. And it got me thinking: what even defines a website working 'properly'? Is 'properly' even good enough? I remember smirking and saying, 'You're looking for a silver bullet, Paul. I highly doubt anything like that exists.' Well, it turns out I was wrong. This app not only exists but has become a lifeline for us.
Uptime is that off-site app we were dreaming of, monitoring our pages and website flow with precision. It's liberated us from the constant worry about our site's health and allowed us to channel our energy into growing our business. To make things even better, Corey went the extra mile, taking 30 minutes of his valuable time, 10 of which he introduced us to Uptime and the remaining 20 to delve into the intricacies of my business and understand the challenges we were facing with e-commerce.
I wholeheartedly recommend Uptime and the fantastic team behind it. They have delivered on their commitment to have our backs, and I couldn't be more pleased. An essential 'insurance' tool for our marketing and engineering resources to make sure that alarm bells go off if there is an issue with someone being able to shop on our site.
We can immediately investigate, validate any issues, and temporarily turn off ad spend or other marketing activities to minimize the negative effects of a technical issue.
How much is the difference between only 5 min of downtime vs hours undiagnosed, worth to you for your store?

This freaking app. What a blessing.
I really hate seeing an email from it, but I also love it extremely.
Love/hate relationship, I think what they built is phenomenal to help merchants like me be alerted immediately when there's bugs preventing customers specifically from checking out of our store. Knowing it makes it so we can tweak or coms and expectations of sales per day for example.
But yeah, every store should get it lol.
