Everyone is so helpful and patient. I am new to dropshipping and they have been wonderful. No matter what questions I have they give me answers. They are always willing to help going above and beyond. The also have great products. They always stay calm even though I may be frustrated with the process and trying to maneuver their website and always being pleasant. The shipping times are within the time frames listed. I worked with Michael before the Christmas rush and he was the best. Speedy product quotations and fulfillment. My customers loved the packing and fast delivery with up to 20% return buyers in one month. Michael helped with specific branding details and even encouraged it. Prices are the best after comparing with other dropshippers. During the Christmas rush I struggled with slower fulfillment probably due to inability to scale and other merchants needing more assistance than me. Still when a customer complained tracking number was quickly issued.
