Working with USAdrop has been a great experience, especially thanks to Nita, my dedicated account representative. I've been partnered with USAdrop for almost a year now and and they have some of the best shipping channels available at affordable cost. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive the best solutions. I highly recommend their services.

Failed to deliver hundreds of orders that I paid them to ship. Many were "shipped" with fake, illegal postage. I have lost so much money. They blame the freight forwarder and take no responsibility. I have begged Rick, Beatrice and other customer service agents for help. They only tell me that it is my "salesperson" who must help me resolve the orders. Nita, my salesperson stays silent and does not respond. No one will help. I have been trying for months to get my money back that I paid this company - no one helps and my orders are still not delivered for over 2 months, tracking stopped and all orders are lost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.

I've been using this for up to a year now. The layout pretty friendly and stuff. But the support from the agents been amazing. Recommended for people who have a bit of order already.

Agents are not giving reply properly.

Most of the orders didn't delivered yet. My customers are sending mails and agents are not replying.

Please guys don't fulfill with these guys.

Amber is helpful and communicates well,which makes working with her smooth which I really appreciate.However,the shipping speed is major concern.The deliveries are slower than expected and some of them are failed,which can impact customer satisfaction.If these things improve,this could be a much stronger partnership.For now ,its a decent supplier relationship with good communication but needs work on logistics.
