My customers loved the packing and fast delivery with up to 20% return buyers in one month. Michael helped with specific branding details and even encouraged it. Prices are the best after comparing with other dropshippers. During the Christmas rush I struggled with slower fulfillment probably due to inability to scale and other merchants needing more assistance than me.
