You'd be better off staying away from these guys. I've worked with five different agencies, and these are by far the worst. There's no communication and zero operational management. They can't even explain how your items get lost during transportation, let alone return them to your inventory. Can you believe my sales agent was banned from the company for five days right in the middle of my operations? There was no one to handle my orders. Even though I had items in stock, it took them at least 3-4 days to ship out orders.

I am a new dropshipping entrepreneur, and I was initially hesitant to use USA Dropshipping because I was worried about the quality of their products and customer service. However, I am so glad that I decided to give them a try! The customer service at USA Dropshipping is truly outstanding. The representatives are always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and resolve any issues I have. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response from a customer service representative, and Specially my agent (MEGAN) have always been there to help me with whatever I needed. She is so supportive and understand my business needs. In addition to the excellent customer service, USA Dropshipping also has a great selection of products. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, and they are always adding new products to their inventory. I have been very impressed with the quality of the products that I have ordered from USA Dropshipping.

Cool supplier. Good prices. It is very convenient to work with them because they help solve many problems. We work with the manager Judy, a very good worker, sometimes answers even outside working hours
