Updated review: April my agent ended up handling my situation very nicely. April is 5 stars. what brings this down to 3 stars is the customer service not providing contact info and the company making cancelling a policy harder than it should be. It amazes me that the companies reply is apologizing for my agents lack of communication instead of addressing their customer service and cancellation policies. If it wasn't for April I would have left my review at 1 star Old review: I have been trying to cancel my plan with USA drop for 15 days now. Customer service told me they could not cancel. I had to speak with my agent "Megan" but did not provide any contact info. I didn't even know I had an agent. When I asked for her contact info they then stated that my agent was April and I would need to contact her. Again no contact info was provided. SO, I emailed again requesting this info. I hate leaving bad reviews for any company but this is wrong. If not resolved today I will spend the weekend contacting shopify, the BBB, my cc company (as I will not be paying for a service I requested be cancelled) and using facebook, instagram, twitter, tiktok and youtube media platforms to raise awareness about this company. I really hope I don't have to go down this path.

We extend yet another apology for the lack of communication and service provided by your agent.
Our Customer care department here at USAdrop are investigating what caused such decay in service.

This lack of transparency and communication is not tolerable by any means and quite unexpected as it only hurts our business as much as it hurts yours.

We do ask for your patience for the time being, as we look into the matter with the Agent.

I've had a great experience using USA drop. I've been working with them for a couple of weeks now and they've made order fullfillment so much easier for my business. My agent Sirena provides excellent service and is always there when I need her.

The agent I was working was with was very inconsistent in terms of his services and would be rude at times when I had general sincere questions. I also lost sales because of the long shipping times and the inability to track a product. I was promised a certain time frame for shipping and advertised that on my store and within my first 20 or so orders being fulfilled with USAdrop, a handful of them took far longer and so customers were rightfully upset. I put my trust in to this company and they let me down. I often dealt with emails from frustrated customers because of the inconsistencies. I often had to ask the same questions over and over again because I wouldn't get a direct answer. I gave USAdrop many chances to redeem themselves because I am relatively new to running a business.

Working w/ USADrop. I've noticed it's a Partnership and we work together towards customer satisfaction. Rick in customer support was able to help and answer my questions and guided me to what my next steps will be when we meet our Sales Agent CiCi. We are Excited to doing more business in the very near future.

Rude, unresponsive and unprofessional - their agent Sirena Chen took 24 hours to respond to my first WhatsApp and telegram message.

She did not read my simple question in detail. Her useless response told me she had not checked the information which I had sent her

It took her 5 mins to respond to anything on WhatsApp.

She would not tell me what their working hours and days were. Until I asked her three times.

Do they speak English? Translator?

Unlike their competitors they only work very specific days and hours which you won’t find advertised. So unless you’re telepathic?…good luck.

She said I was rude for disturbing her dinner.

I raised a compliant info@ and no one responded to that after 12 hours.

I’m a first time customer and this was just for a basic sourcing quote.

I will now disconnect my store and take my business elsewhere.

Even if they respond to this - they won’t tell you who specifically is the person responding as they hide behind the USADrop name.
