We've been using this app on multiple stores for over a year now and can attest that the app has a very user-friendly UX, lots of useful functionalities and great customer support!
Killer App! Every year it just gets better and better. Our fav feature is that it tags the user & all of the products they bought along with giving unique discount codes at the end of surveys.
