Very easy app to install and deploy, the AI features on the site made it very simple to add alt content! Support was very fast to reply and very helpful as well as knowledgeable about their product, and was able to answer questions and point me in the right direction first try.
A free plan that helps many individuals. Don't be deterred by the low rating; I almost was and am glad I didn't. Now, I have an app that is amazing for my customers. Thank you!
We have this and after spending $1300 on a yearly plan and we are currently involved in a lawsuit that claims this is not compliant and told by my lawyer widget attracts more lawsuits as there is softwear that lawyers use to detect widgets.

Purchased the yearly plan as I can't see not EVER having this userway.org product. I just added Userway Website Accessibility to our website. The process was overall very easy and the live chat was amazing. We went from a score of 60 to 96%. For those that are questioning whether or not this is important, I would recommend you make this part of your budget and spend.
The app was easy to install and quickly resolved all issues. Customer support was responsive and helpful. We were so impressed that we purchased the yearly plan and can't imagine not having this valuable product from UserWay.org
