I reached out to Support through the chat this evening just to get some questions answered and Mark responded within 2 minutes! He was very helpful and even helped me find what I couldn't on my end when I was confused with screenshots. We had run into some trouble with our site in the past and were just checking to make sure there wasn't anything we needed to do. He explained my questions and even recommended what we should do on our end to make sure we have a smooth and efficient experience with the app! Recommend using the chat and app!!!

App installed easiliy, fixed any and all issues and when I had to reach out to customer support they replied quickly and resolved any issue. Purchased the yearly plan as I can't see not EVER having this userway.org product. I just added Userway Website Accessibility to our website. The process was overall very easy and the live chat was amazing. We went from a score of 60 to 96%. For those that are questioning whether or not this is important, I would recommend you make this part of your budget and spend.
The app was easy to install and quickly resolved all issues. Customer support was responsive and helpful. We were so impressed that we purchased the yearly plan and can't imagine not having this valuable product from UserWay.org
