We have this and after spending $1300 on a yearly plan and we are currently involved in a lawsuit that claims this is not compliant and told by my lawyer widget attracts more lawsuits as there is softwear that lawyers use to detect widgets.
I reached out to Support through the chat this evening just to get some questions answered and Mark responded within 2 minutes! He was very helpful and even helped me find what I couldn't on my end when I was confused with screenshots. We had run into some trouble with our site in the past and were just checking to make sure there wasn't anything we needed to do. He explained my questions and even recommended what we should do on our end to make sure we have a smooth and efficient experience with the app! Recommend using the chat and app!!!

It’s great to know UserWay is managing my site’s accessibility 24/7.
I was impressed by the automated remediations that constantly ensure I am legally protected and compliant. I wanted to make sure the solution I chose met my business goals without requiring much effort from my team, as they are focused on so many things already. UserWay was definitely the best choice to make.

WARNING to store owners, this is group is using shady marketing technique promising a "Shield" against lawsuits" but then, through complicated mumbo jumbo from their support team, walk back all the promises and try to get your money even though it's listed as one of the core feature of the app (and the app is listed for free). It took me more than 1 month to go through a whole conversation with Matheus and Ben, and my feedback went absolutely nowhere. Worse yet, I thought I was protected all this time because of their false promises. I wasted a lot of time on this and it looks like an over-promising app that then tries to charge large amounts. Be careful! I was told verbatim: "Up to 20% WCAG & ADA Compliance", not the best experience.

As stated on our product page, the Basic widget offers light accessibility widget features and limited WCAG & ADA compliance as opposed to our Paid widget that real-time accessibility monitoring, and significant WCAG & ADA compliance powered by AI technology. Becoming WCAG conformant is a complex process that requires expertise, development hours, and high costs.
