Did not work as expected, showing multiple bugs during the add-to-cart process. Unfortunately, the support team was unable to resolve the issue.
It is unfortunate to receive this review, but after reviewing our entire customer service process, we believe we do not deserve this rating.
You reported an issue when adding a bundle to a third-party app’s slide cart. Our engineers investigated the issue and determined that the problem was caused by the third-party app, providing evidence to support this conclusion. The app is easy to use, and the customer service is dedicated and friendly. If you have any issues or need help, the chat support responds quickly. There are plenty of options, and the overall design looks great. It's the best bundle app I've tested so far.
It would be great if you offered a 1-month free trial or a free plan. The 14-day trial feels a bit short since you have so many features.
