Had a problem and customer service installed the app within 20 minutes. Great customer service - great subscription app, use native all our websites.
Excellent subscription app, we tried many subscription apps but Native subscription seems very good with lot features and quick support, we have Shopify Plus plan with multiple store. I will implement this app for all stores.

An app that allows multiple shipping options for subscription (weight based & price based) Recommend!!
I am a big fan of this app. the support is A+ as well. they have a half an hour zoom meeting with you which you will need to schedule once you install the app. You can tell them every requirement about how the app should work, they will install it correctly simultaneously for you. I needed the app to be installed on my product, faq, and the home page and they did it perfectly. The app is perfect. You don't have to give per subscription commission to anyone. They customized the app according to my needs. The support after the installation was awesome as well. A+ overall for both, the app and the support.

Sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced.
You have added the wrong subject in the email notification. All the subscriptions are activated and we have also displayed the Failed payment reason in our app admin.
Failed payment errors are "Your card has insufficient funds" and "Your card was declined"
We also have shared the full reason list with the screenshots on your ticket. Please check that too. So please let us know if you did not understand this issue so we can help you with this asap as our app is working perfectly in your store. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Giving it 5 stars even before I use it because the customer service has been so good (once I figured out they're in India and it was better to contact them at night (which is easy for me)). There were issues with integrating with our Shopify Theme. But they patiently took care of it. Our site goes live in a couple weeks. This is when Iook forward to testing it and giving the another 5 stars for how it actually works.
