Clear guidance was provided at every step, questions were answered quickly, and the transition from our previous app went seamlessly. We have had a great onboarding and migration experience with Utterbond. Jigs was very helpful at answering our questions and very quick to respond. He was very clear about the process to migrate our subscriptions from Yotpo Subscription App to Utterbond Subscriptions App, and the process went smoothly. Their subscription software integrates nicely in the Shopify backend, so there is no need to go to an off-site portal to manage the subscriptions. We also asked about a feature that we used to have and he reached out to their software team and they will add this custom feature to support our subscriptions soon. Based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend Utterbond to anyone needing a subscription app or to migrate from Yotpo or other subscription applications.

Great support, ready to help and troubleshoot. App has greatly improved over the last few years and they have been quick to address issues. The features to price point make this subscription app a no brainer compared to other big names. Really glad to see continued development and highly responsive support.

The app is clearly laid out, easy to change, and offer tonnes of functionality at a good price. The development team have also been extremely helpful in making changes that are specific to our store's styling and function, such as adding and removing UI and altering email templates.

Great app and very responsive support. Would be great if subscriptions had an option to send out a different product each time. Support said that they would add the feature in a future release. Highly recommended.

We have used 10-15 different subscription apps over the years and Utterbond stands out for their combination of dedicated customer support and exceptional value. Paresh and his colleagues have been helping me daily with questions about our unique use case and customizations. Utterbond doesn't currently have every single feature we need but they are working on new features every day and I have already sen such progress that my confidence is much higher in them than in most of the other apps I have used.

If you are a small to mid-sized subscription business than you can probably save thousands of dollars a year by avoiding the expensive subscription apps and using Utterbond to manage your memberships.

100% worth testing and seeing if they are a fit!

I installed this app yesterday and have had so much support since. We have a tricky business model that we have been having difficulty to enable a subscription service for (we tried a few Subscription apps, asked around for help, and scoured the app store for one to suit our needs - to no avail). After asking some initial questions on the Utterbond online support, Paresh invited us to Slack for instant messaging and has been so helpful. He has even handled the back-end of our online store to straighten out issues that we could not solve. We have made personal requests to the software to suit our needs - they have added and removed some features for us instantly, and given us an estimate of a few days to add some new features. I couldn't recommend this app enough. Thank you for all your help
