The app is clearly laid out, easy to change, and offer tonnes of functionality at a good price. The development team have also been extremely helpful in making changes that are specific to our store's styling and function, such as adding and removing UI and altering email templates.

Eager to help out. Updates often. Support replies quickly during the morning! I have had this app for less than a month and they have added 2 updates.

Jack and his team have been incredibly helpful in assisting me with setup. They are easy to communicate with and are constantly adding features that I have requested. I highly recommend this app for the ease of use and the level of customer support I have received.

In my opinion this is the subscriptions app of choice, simple to set up and excellent support. So far i see no reason to look elsewhere.

We used to use another platform to manage our subscriptions but when we moved to Shopify we searched for another solution. Native Subscriptions does everything we need at a great price. Since we moved from another platform we needed to migrate our subscriptions and the Thimatic team were very helpful in doing so. When we had an issue with the pricing of our imported subscriptions they were able to rectify the issue very quickly.
