I'd like to add that even though we had a little bit of a harder start, the team did absolutely great, went above and beyond with customization to reach the wanted outcome. Paresh was great in handling our requirements and communicating them to the Dev Team.

Support has been initially good, but as time has gone on, there appears to be a reluctance to answer specific questions about functionality which is rather frustrating.
I am not sure why this is.

Fantastic services fixing a few minor issues whilst setting up. So far the app provides all we need for Subscribe and Save and we will know more in the future.
