App is not user friendly. I have had to contact support when I add new products to my store. I continue to have problems with items showing up on my app. The app is really beautiful and I wish it would work properly but it doesn't. I feel that it is wasting my money and time.
I have been thinking about an app forever and finally decided to just do it! I haven't launched yet so I will update when I do, but this process is so easy it blows my mind. My rep Kamal was amazing and so helpful with my slow start on our zoom call! Can't wait to launch!
The team from Vajro has been very helpful with the onboarding and initial build. Looking forward to all the benefits our new mobile app will bring to our customers and our brand!
I haven't used the app yet. It isn't even set up, however, I do love the customer service experience so far. They are very helpful and friendly.
WOW! This team is something special! From the minute I downloaded the trial period until my video call with my success manager Pavithra they have been so helpful and supportive! Even offering video chats at 10:30pm to make sure I had no questions unanswered. Features we require are either being added or checked into and the attention to detail in helping launch is phenomenal. Highly, highly recommend.
Pavithra and Nigilesh is really good on their job. It makes me love the Vajro more. No regrets using this app instead of the other one available in the market.

Pavithra was absolutely amazing at helping me set up my mobile app. I was sick and just needed extra time doing everything and she was patient with me and walk me through every step slowly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
