The app customer service is great fast and accurate. My app never goes down and has never suffered any issues with downloading or sales. i would highly recommend this app builder. We have had the app for approx 3 yrs.

We've had a great experience with Superfans. The product itself is really well-designed and does everything we hoped it would. What really stood out, though, was the customer support. Currently in the trial mode and setting up the app has been great! The team has been very helpful explaining each step and assisting with our creation. I gave examples of the type of app I was looking for and it was created quickly and any changes I have they're quick to assist. I'd definitely recommend Superfans to any brands looking to create their own app.

While we've yet ot invest in the full version, we really love the features of this app! The push notifications to our customers are a fantastic bonus. The app is really easy to use, and changing the mobile site around is really intuitive. The support team is amazing (shout out Vaishnavi), always incredibly quick to respond, and they always resolve my issues on the spot. Definitely an app worth having!

We are very disappointed with this app.

We use the live selling feature only once a week, and the monthly fee is almost $600. However, the live feature has had serious issues almost every 1–2 months.

In February, we already experienced a live selling problem. After contacting support, we were told they would improve it as soon as possible. But only about one month later, another major issue happened again during our live sale.

This time, all product names showed as unreadable garbled text, so customers could not understand what products we were selling. This directly affected our live sales, customer experience, and caused business losses.

For an app charging such a high monthly fee, the core live selling function should be stable. Unfortunately, the reliability has been very disappointing, and these repeated problems have made it difficult for us to trust the app for our business.

The live streaming function has failed to launch again, triggering an error message. It has been only two months, yet the monthly cost remains nearly $600. After contacting support, I was told I had to wait for staff to come on duty to resolve the issue, leaving the merchant to shoulder the losses caused by the inability to stream on schedule.
