Hello friends,
after the Shopfiy update we saw that a lot of Pictures of the Colours are Helconfudes and mixed.
I dont want to to make all of them new we have so much products and we paying the module money that its working from your side.
Can you please give it a look what happen with your Module?
I was very suprised that they increased the price as I changed my shopify plan to a higher one. I was using both of their apps to hide variant images and show swatches, but both of them ended to be almost $60/mo. I looked for alternatives that are in the market, and found something that does both things in one app for almost $15/mo.
App doesn't work with videos in gallery using 3rd-party booster theme (the videos completely mess up the order of our gallery). I have been trying to get a coherent response from the CS team for 2.5 weeks now, and most responses I get are completely unhelpful/didn't even fully read my message. I highly suggest supporting an app that will actually help you when issues arise.
This app doesn't work with the Handy theme. My web designer experienced a lot of problems with the app blocking changes to my theme, and in the end we had to disable the app to be able to make any changes to the theme! If you're using Handy I would recommend using a shopify expert to help with variants instead (Tasklon were great).
Haven't try it yet. Don't work, i think i need to learn instruction of this app, but whatever i do,nothing happened
Supposed to 'automatically assign images to variants' but this functionality does not exist. Contacted support, did not hear back for almost 24 hours.
NON-exsitant customer service. They say they're online and ready to chat, but noone is there. This is not a good sign of things to come, so we removed the app before even getting to use it. And who knows..it might have been perfect for us.

The support helps quickly with questions. I have already contacted them 2-3 times. The app works perfectly. The reorganization of the images takes a little time, but it was worth it. Highly recommended!

The variant image automator app has given my store a true customized and professional feel. It was really easy to setup and use. I am very happy with how my image variants turned out and most importantly I am pleased that when an item is clicked on in the product page section all of that item's pictures show up underneath the main image and can be easily viewed!
The app solved a really big problem , i had to look for a solution for this issue and everyone saying you have to use codes and complex solutions , then i found this app it works like magic , i had some issue and their live support chat was amazing shreya walked me through.

Extremely fantastic support. Didn't work with my theme, I asked on Live Chat which they conveniently have placed in the App screen. Within 24 hours the developers added my theme and edited code on their end. Working like a charm. Highly recommended.

I was really patient and it needed a lot of customizations until it was running how I was imagining. I have much cheaper apps and the customer support is amazing.

I had troubles with variant images as I have more pictures for every variant but shopify allows you to choose only one for every variant. Variant Image Automator solved this problem within minutes easily, just had to rearrange everything. Very easy to set up by just following their instructions within the app. 6 Stars!

We have been using this app for years. It plays an important role in providing a good shopping experience. The support is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.
This app is awesome and so is customer support. The few times I've had an issue, it was totally me and not the app. But even though it was me, their customer support took care of me and let me know exactly what I needed to do. Turns out, it's actually in the directions they provide. I watched the instruction videos once and was able to easily organize my images but then it was a while before I added more images and I forgot what I learned in the videos so I contacted their support. Again, support is responsive and kind but be sure to review their video instructions often because this app works beautifully so if you're having problems, it's most likely you, lol :)
I use the app to help me organize the different variants on my website. The app adds a wonderful professional feel and look to my storefront which make my website mush more user friendly, it organized the images of my products so customers shopping can have a view specifically the different images off one variant. There customer support team was very knowledgeable in configuring the app, reached out and offered help, very understanding and willing to work with my request which make thing much easier.
It perfectly fits in my customized theme with the help of customer service. The customer service is great and responds in just a few minutes! 5 Star no doubt!

I used this app to help me show images of my product variants in a slideshow. This was helpful because I did not use the default themes through Shopify.

This is pretty much the most useful app I have installed on my site! It makes very professional and intuitive customer experiences when selecting products etc. But above this the service and support is definitely the best I've ever had with any app. They are always open to helping and customising things even further.

Really like this app. Did exactly what I needed it to. Support is great, I had a theme update and and some coding changes that effected how the app was working and support helped me fix it right away. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
Disappointed. Claimed it was $9.90. I approved it, then got a notice from Shopify saying they could charge up to $29.99 for pay-per-usage charges. Whatever the that is. No thank you. Misleading advertising
This application was very helpful and did exactly what we needed in order to get the product images showing correctly!
I have used this app to group my images and make my product page look more professional. As I am using the theme Context, the team had to do some changes but they are very quick and very helpful. Can;t wait for the swatch king app to be ready for my theme as well. Totally recommended
It works well but the method used to determine which pictures are part of a variant could be better. Sometimes I was forced to reorder my images to accommodate the way this app works. Unfortunately I uninstalled.

This app made the user experience on my website SO much better. It's a must have for anyone with multiple colours. The best part? One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. SO HELPFUL.
I actually have two apps from StarApps Studio, Variant Image Automator and Variant Options Swatch King, and they are both valuable high-performers for me.
