The developer personally collaborated with me and fixed any issues that a translation app caused for the app to function properly.

Great app. The support is excellent — Jake is very responsive and replies quickly. He even helped us resolve an issue that required adjustments in the theme code. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support.

Really nice app to upgrade product page color swatches and sizes from the standard Shopify variants. Price is really good compared to other ones out there and the support is top notch! Jake is really responsive and answers inquiries fast. He helped me through some issues that involved needing code and I'm very appreciative he took the time to go back and forth with me to get it resolved. Highly recommend.
Very good except ONE MAJOR ISSUE. It changes the theme product view. I have it as carousel, carousel with with thumbnails on mobile.
It defualts it to grid, and bullet points on mobile, no way to change it, other than that, very good. But can't use it until fixed

You can adjust the product image gallery settings within our app so it doesn’t default to a grid layout. If you’d like to use a carousel with thumbnails (including on mobile), you can configure this in the app settings by following this guide: https://help.productwiz.io/variant-wizard/faq/general#change-my-product-gallerys-settings
The gallery layout can be customized separately for desktop and mobile, so you should be able to match your theme’s original carousel setup on both devices.

Love this app! Top tier support too! The multi-color swatches are exactly what I needed for my store and this app delivered on them!
I have uninstalled this App months ago and they are still sending me bills. How an App can continue to bill me, at their most expensive plan, for months after I have unsintalled is beyond me.
I have tried to contact them, no response so far. I have browsed their app for any indication that I have to unsubscribe prior to uninstalling, and there is none.

Thank you for your review. According to our records in Shopify Partners, your subscription was automatically cancelled after uninstalling our app on September 29th, 2025. We also show that you briefly reinstalled our app on October 6th, 2025, though no subscription plan was activated during that visit.
Our app uses Shopify's billing system exclusively, which means billing automatically stops when you uninstall. We have a dedicated section in our app's billing page that explains this process.
Since you mentioned uninstalling several months ago, I'd appreciate if you could share any documentation or screenshots showing an earlier uninstall date at jake@productwiz.io. I'll be happy to look into this immediately and resolve any billing issues.

Hello, I have deactivated your app and will also deinstall it. Unfortunately, your app does not work for IOS devices. I had a long conversation with a Shopify employee today. On one of my product pages, Variant Wizard was set and the colors were displayed as a color and not as a drop-down menu. Incorrect products were added to the cart and transferred to the checkout.
You couldn't choose the right products. So your app cost me about 1,000€ in advertising budget for meta ads in the end, because I only received bad reviews "that you can't choose a right product".
Don't worry, I don't want any money from you, but take a look at this. Everything worked on Samsung devices and on the PC and notebook. Everything was wrong with iOS devices.
I like the app, it looks good on the product page, but it just doesn't work for IOS devices. Not for iPhone and not for iPad users.
