I have uninstalled this App months ago and they are still sending me bills. How an App can continue to bill me, at their most expensive plan, for months after I have unsintalled is beyond me.
I have tried to contact them, no response so far. I have browsed their app for any indication that I have to unsubscribe prior to uninstalling, and there is none.

Thank you for your review. According to our records in Shopify Partners, your subscription was automatically cancelled after uninstalling our app on September 29th, 2025. We also show that you briefly reinstalled our app on October 6th, 2025, though no subscription plan was activated during that visit.
Our app uses Shopify's billing system exclusively, which means billing automatically stops when you uninstall. We have a dedicated section in our app's billing page that explains this process.
Since you mentioned uninstalling several months ago, I'd appreciate if you could share any documentation or screenshots showing an earlier uninstall date at jake@productwiz.io. I'll be happy to look into this immediately and resolve any billing issues.

I downloaded this app and another BIG name app with 1000s of reviews. Variant Image Wizard had the app running for 90% of our site immediately. Their customer support responds very quickly and solved the rest easily. We're fully functional now.
The other big name app, never worked, and customer support gave us excuses.
Sometimes an app is an app but the people supporting the app is what matters. I'd recommend this app and this TEAM to anyone. 5-stars
We’re absolutely thrilled with Variant Image Wizard! This is exactly the solution we were looking for to quickly and efficiently assign multiple images to each product variant. The service is top-notch, intuitive, and saves us so much time. Highly recommended for anyone managing variant-rich inventories!
Been using the app for almost a year now. Very happy about it. Yesterday I ran into a problem and from the time the problem was identified till it was resolved was 4 hours. Very good customer service!

Bei meinem Shop gab es ein Problem im Code welches von einem anderen App verursacht wurde. Mir wurde innert 24h geholfen und der Code angepasst.

App was working great until recently. Now, any item not part of the first option group is showing unavailable. I did recently update to Ride v15, but even when I reverted back, to older versions (as far back as 11), it still did not work properly. The only way I was able to sell other variants was to oopt not to hide sold out variants. This was the main driver behind using this app.

This application was so useful. It is very easy to use and it has a high impact in our store conversion rate.

We've been using this app for almost two years now. We are very satisfied with the app for several reasons:
1. Quick email responses and support center assistance:
When setting up the app, if we had any questions or encountered issues, the support team responded promptly, usually within a day, and worked diligently to resolve our concerns as quickly as possible. We are truly grateful to the dedicated individuals who have helped us.
2. Easy-to-use UI:
The user interface is well-designed, making it very easy to use. We didn't encounter any significant difficulties during setup. We understood it easily and have been using the app very effectively.
3. Variety of styles:
We can customize the swatches for each product and easily switch between styles. The settings for customization are straightforward, allowing us to make changes without needing assistance from an app developer.
We researched and tested numerous apps related to variations, but we concluded that this app is the easiest to use and the best. We are still satisfied and using it well. Thank you so much.
We've been using Variant Image Wizard to streamline our product pages with the limitations that Shopify has on Variants. It has directly impacted our conversion rate in a positive manner, since customers can not only find what they want fast, but not have to scroll through irrelevant product photos now.
Bonus: their support helped us identify an issue that we caused, and had us back up and running in 5 minutes.

This app was exactly what we were looking for to be able to support different variant pictures and also customize how the variant picker shows. We rarely have any problems and when there are small issues to resolve, the support is extremely fast. This is one of the must have apps that we have and cannot live without!
