Variant Image Wizard + Swatch

The app does exactly what it says and made my site way cleaner. The customer service though is on another level!
I emailed regarding a simple edit and it was done within minutes!

First of all... It is easy, useful and you don't want to not have this !!
I have nothing to report on this, that doesn't deserve the 5 stars

This has been a huge time saver, and works exactly how I had hoped. I used to use another Varian Image app and it was too tricky getting additional images to match the variant. Love it so far!

Easy to use, easy to set up. Originally, the app wasn't set up to work with my theme (Streamline), but Jake managed to set it up within a couple of hours.

This app is much better than the other Variant Image apps on the app store. Highly recommend it, and excellent service!

Use this app to organize products by color variant. Absolutely love the fact that this works right after install. I tried 4 other variant apps but none of them worked for my store. This one is perfect

Hello Shopify, I tried Wizard free trail app for a few hours and found this is not what I needed so I deleted it. Today I got an email that says...... [ you have You‘ve approved a recurring charge for an app with a 14-day free trial. App name Variant Wizard Charge name Starter Charge approval date
October 31, 2021 Trial duration 14 days First charge date November 14, 2021
Charge amount $4.99 every 30 days Recurring charges will not apply until after the free trial period. Once the trial ends, you will be charged $4.99 USD every 30 days. If you cancel before November 14, 2021, the recurring charge will not apply.]
I couldn't find any contact information for Wizard. How do I stop this from happing? Shopify should not have an app that does have a way to dispute or contact information to resolve this. I don't want to be charged for something that I can't use. please help.
