I have uninstalled this App months ago and they are still sending me bills. How an App can continue to bill me, at their most expensive plan, for months after I have unsintalled is beyond me.

I have tried to contact them, no response so far. I have browsed their app for any indication that I have to unsubscribe prior to uninstalling, and there is none.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVELOPER, THIS IS A SCAM.

Thank you for your review. According to our records in Shopify Partners, your subscription was automatically cancelled after uninstalling our app on September 29th, 2025. We also show that you briefly reinstalled our app on October 6th, 2025, though no subscription plan was activated during that visit.

Our app uses Shopify's billing system exclusively, which means billing automatically stops when you uninstall. We have a dedicated section in our app's billing page that explains this process.

Since you mentioned uninstalling several months ago, I'd appreciate if you could share any documentation or screenshots showing an earlier uninstall date at jake@productwiz.io. I'll be happy to look into this immediately and resolve any billing issues.

DO NOT install this app. It completely broke my DAWN theme. Now I can't even apply a template to a product. It destroyed my code

I’m sorry to hear you ran into an issue with your Dawn theme.

Our app is built using Shopify’s app embed system and doesn’t modify your theme’s code at all. We take great care to ensure compatibility with themes — including Dawn — and haven’t seen similar issues reported by other users.

I downloaded this app and another BIG name app with 1000s of reviews. Variant Image Wizard had the app running for 90% of our site immediately. Their customer support responds very quickly and solved the rest easily. We're fully functional now.

The other big name app, never worked, and customer support gave us excuses.

Sometimes an app is an app but the people supporting the app is what matters. I'd recommend this app and this TEAM to anyone. 5-stars

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. I reviewed your case right away and issued you a full refund within two hours of receiving your message — it’s already been processed and should appear in your account within 7–10 business days.

You uninstalled the app on October 13th, which is also when your subscription was automatically cancelled. However, since the uninstall happened during an active billing cycle, Shopify still applies the charge for that full cycle — which is what happened here. Our app uses Shopify’s billing system, so all charges are processed directly by Shopify, and we don’t have control over the timing or application of those charges.

I hope this helps clear up any confusion, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
