SA Variants: Combined Listings

This app is amazing! Easy to use and to split or group products. When we started with Shopify we set up a lot of products and grouped them as variants. However, having them as separate products and grouping them with SA Variants is a much superior approach.

Support is always reacting and helping when questions arise. Thanks so much. Can only recommend this app, escpially to all shops with lots of products.

The upsides first: Great customer service! They're very quick to respond and always find a solution to my issue. I also really love the 'Category' feature for sub-grouping swatches on product pages. In general just very pleasant UI.

The important 'product split' feature didn't work for my store, because lots of info I wanted copied over did not copy (including translations). I found it's easier and more reliable to just duplicate products in Shopify admin.

Localization in general is quite troublesome in this app - every single translatable word is just placed in a very long list. If translations were placed within product groups, that would make it so much easier.

I've had trouble getting swatches from this app to work well alongside the native swatches of my shop, and there were also some design changes I wanted to make, to padding and positioning in particular. Thankfully they are very skilled at customer service, so they helped me get it just right!
