It effectively combines product listings, manages complex variants, and offers flexible configurations with multi-level options and bulk uploads. The upsides first: Great customer service! They're very quick to respond and always find a solution to my issue. I also really love the 'Category' feature for sub-grouping swatches on product pages. In general just very pleasant UI.
The important 'product split' feature didn't work for my store, because lots of info I wanted copied over did not copy (including translations). I found it's easier and more reliable to just duplicate products in Shopify admin.
Localization in general is quite troublesome in this app - every single translatable word is just placed in a very long list. If translations were placed within product groups, that would make it so much easier.
I've had trouble getting swatches from this app to work well alongside the native swatches of my shop, and there were also some design changes I wanted to make, to padding and positioning in particular. Thankfully they are very skilled at customer service, so they helped me get it just right!
Great app and excellent support. I’m using it across several stores and it works smoothly and reliably. Whenever I had an issue, the support team was quick to respond and fix it professionally. Highly recommended!
A complete fraud. Stay away from this app.
After been having serious issues with the app many years ago that impacted our revenue seriously the app developer decided to give us FREE OF CHARGE LIFETIME usage of the app.
A few months ago they started to charge us for the app anyway.
We have reached out to the app developer several times that have promised to oversee the transactions and refund us for the wrong charges but nothing has been done and they continue to charge us.
Will report to Shopify.
Stay away from this app for all means - hire a coder to do it one-time for you - it will be much cheaper.
