Amazing customer support!
I use this app to add tons of custom options for my products. It works well and allows for price upgrades and conditional choices as well. Here's what I wish it did better: - Discount Codes -It does not work with shopify's discount codes so, you will have VERY frustrated customers because the discount code isn't working because of this app (I can't fix this even with another app) - Images - It does not allow you to change the image with the options selected.
- Printing - If you want to print MULTIPLE orders or packings slips, the VO options chosen do not show up. So I have to spend time printing individual order pages to see what customers selected - this is a pain.
Hi Brad. We updated our app back in June of this year to allow discount codes to work with our app's price add-ons. You don't need to use another app anymore :)
You can connect the main image to variants with Shopify Options but not our Virtual Options

The integration wasn't the best. It messed up my regular Shopify options for good and I would've had to pay for a professional to fix it.

nach langer Nutzung haben wir uns nun für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden, der kostenlos eine wesentlich umfangreichere Lösung anbietet, die einfacher zu bedienen ist.
Schade, das Team ist toll, aber hier fehlen Weiterentwicklungen.

I use this app on two websites to show variant swatches. Jon and Martin were able to help me show inventory quantities as well. They are helpful and attentive, and have persevered to ensure that my issues were resolved. I once needed help after work hours, and they made sure my emergency was resolved! Thank you both
