Absolut Top! Großartige App. Funktioniert inzwischen seit über zwei Jahren problemlos.
Toll ist auch, das man HTML Code in das Instructionsfeld verwenden kann, so kann man die virtuellen Optionen noch ordentlich aufhübschen, was zu einer wesentlich höheren Conversationsrate geführt hat.

Da wir sehr viele identische Produkte haben, welche die selben Varianten / Optionen nutzen ist das Duplizieren der virtuellen Optionen auf eine ganze Kategorie sehr schnell erledigt und spart Stunden an Zeit.

Bei Anpassungen und Supportanfragen kommen selbst Sonntags schnelle Antworten!
Ich Kann die APP daher nur wärmstens empfehlen.

customers often don't get charged at all because the options don't function, or the get charged three times what it should be, we have those issues for years and the support is horrible, do yourself a favor and get yourself a better app

very good app. we are using it upload pictures for personalizing items for the customers. the app is very easy to use.

I accidentally uninstalled the app and had a mini-crash out. This app SAVES all of your data and backs it up, so that when you re-install it's all still there, exactly as before. That saved me SO much stress (and quite possibly a heart attack) and I can't thank y'all enough for doing that. Also, unlike other apps I've used, their customer service is AMAZING. They get back so quickly. Thank you Relentless Apps!!! <3

I loved the basic plan so much that I had to upgrade! I use VO for almost every listing. It's easy to use, and allows me to save so much time that I previously would have spent manually sending customers all product options, and collecting their info, etc. Now they can upload their logos, design inspiration, etc. right onto my website so there's no more switching between apps 5 times just to get a single order done. I am so impressed! Well worth the cost.

I’ve had a really good experience with the app so far. Customer service has been especially helpful anytime I’ve needed support or had questions about setting things up. The app itself feels pretty intuitive and easy to navigate, so getting started didn’t take much effort and I was able to figure most things out on my own.

I still feel like I’ve only scratched the surface in terms of features, and I’m curious to explore more of what it offers, especially the upgraded versions, to see if they better fit some of my needs. I just haven’t had the chance to dive into that yet. Overall though, it’s been a positive experience and a solid tool so far.

This app absolutely rules — and the team behind it does too. Variant Option Product Options (VO) by Relentless Apps has been a must-have for my Shopify store because it makes offering multiple variant/custom options clean, reliable, and easy to manage.

We did run into an issue where another app was interfering with VO’s functionality, and I was bracing for the usual back-and-forth… but nope. It was handled immediately. Tech support from Relentless Apps was truly *relentless* — they jumped in fast, identified the conflict, and fixed it right away. That kind of responsiveness is rare.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and Jon has consistently been quick to reply, clear in his communication, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. If your store depends on offering multiple variants or custom options, this app is a necessity. Top-notch product, top-notch support. Bravo — and thank you!!

I've used VOPO for a number of years now, and am very pleased with the functionality. Having tried several option apps, I found VOPO to be the best by far.
I particularly like the conditional variant options for products where there are a lot of selections to make - it keeps my product pages clean and not overwhelming for customers.
The customer service is excellent, Jon & Martin recently helped me with some coding to hide out of stock variants, and they really couldn't have been more helpful :)

Cuando se añade un producto con add-on price al carrito y se va a hacer el pago las pasarelas de pago no se abren, solo pasa cuando hay productos con precios add-on en el carrito. No lo pueden arreglar y en soporte no ayudaron en nada. No lo recomiendo, hemos perdido muchas ventas por culpa de este problema.
