It's really simple to set up and the user interface in the product page is really clean and professional looking. I had some issues setting it up to the way I wanted for my store because I'm using a custom theme and the support was really helpful and I got the issues resolved! Thumbs UP! I recommend.

I have tested 4 variant option apps, and this Relentless Variant Option app is by far the best for my store. This app allows me to offer customers the ability to customize products effortlessly before adding them to the shopping cart. The app integrates well with native Shopify options and allows the shop owner limitless customizations and virtual options. The interface is well thought out and adding products and options is seamless. The ultimate goal is to make shopping easier for prospective customers as a means to increase conversion rate. This app makes that a reality and I am thankful to be able to run it on my store. Additionally, service is crazy good. I mean it, best I have experienced from any Shopify app company large or small. Seriously good service!

Excellent App highly recommended, I tried others but they generated many products to simulate multiple options, this is definitely the best solution by far! It works great and the support is great.

I love this app! I had a small problem initially with the virtual options not appearing correctly on my home page. They responded to me quickly and efficiently and even helped me solve the problem by taking access to my site. I really appreciate their service and will definitely keep the app in the future and recommend it.

Worked with Dev team to sort out issues with theme. They are very responsive and worked to resolve issues. 5 Stars to the team

App seems to hit most of the items needed. I understand there are some issues with Shopify API and 3rd-party developers that require some creative work-arounds. The add-on requires additional add-ons to over come these issues.

App is currently installed, working with theme. Working on add-ons next...

Tested most of the Variant Apps and decided in the end for this one. Great App and very helpfull support to set it up.

I used this app to sell prescription glasses. After having all the logistics set up I am finding we are having trouble converting shoppers into buyers. I would like to add some information at the checkout page for my customers but there is no way to do this. Because it uses draft orders you are limited in several typical Shopify features such as customizing the check-out or using discount codes (unless you purchase an additional app).
We also found that customers are not able to go back into their order/cart at a later time and make adjustments without starting the process over. I did contact the developer via Shopify and told it is not possible once again due to the system of using draft orders. The product has potential, but the fact that my customers do not progress past the cart page and I have no way of providing an encouraging message is frustrating.
