Great App! Works very well on my store (using the Debut theme) and the support team is amazing. Fast to respond and they always have a fix for your problems.

I had a few issues with this app at first - it wasn't functioning properly with a wholesale app that I was using. I uninstalled it, thinking that like many devs it would be impossible to reach these folks, and to my surprise and pleasure I was contacted almost immediately asking if they could help. I explained the problem and the dev fixed it almost immediately. Needless to say, I'm using this app now and wouldn't look anywhere else. Great app, great service!

Great app, very simple to use and the support is second to none.
Very prompt in getting back to you and make sure that everything as you need it to, even when it's code outside the app interfering.

Came to support with a problem that could have potentially set us back months. A new line of code needed to be added to get two apps to work together for a seamless/working checkout, and they were happy to assist. Martin reached out to understand the problem and made the required changes promptly. Update: These guys are great, reached out to them again for a problem I was experiencing on my site, ended up had\ving more to do more with my site than their app but again they were happy to assist even in matters unrelated to them. Actually sent out support requests to shopify and them at the same time, there team had responded and fixed the problem within 20 min while shopify responded later that day that they would look into it. A pleasure working with the team at relentless apps!

My store relies on this app as we have hundreds of variations to our product lines. Using this app made uploading smooth and painless. When I had an issue with the app, I contacted Jon who immediately got is technical expert, Martin to look into my case. By the next morning all my issues were resolved!
