The Best Custom Product App has been such an awesome custom build tool for our Shopify store. We have several custom products that require quite a bit of detailed information from the customer to make sure the product is dialed in to their exact specifications. The Best Custom Product App did exactly what we needed it to do and it was so easy to use. Along the way, Jon provided impeccable customer service and was so incredibly supportive and helpful. nach langer Nutzung haben wir uns nun für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden, der kostenlos eine wesentlich umfangreichere Lösung anbietet, die einfacher zu bedienen ist.
Schade, das Team ist toll, aber hier fehlen Weiterentwicklungen.
Everything works fine, I love it. But has some bugs, product prices are not transferred to the checkout page. Help me please!!!

Great so far. I do enjoy the ability to edit and add services this way. I would like some type of bulk editor if possible though.

We sell Live Guided courses so need variations like time zones, dates, etc. This app helped us create those complicated variations so we didn't have to have multiple products. Tech help on the app is great. There are some limitations (the specific variations can't be tracked, so can't be labelled as sold out, etc.) but most are due to how Shopify works... the app can only do so much.
Sorry about that. Our app has a sold-out styling but this only works with Shopify Options. When the inventory on a variant is less than 1 it will show the variant as sold out.
Could not be happier with this app and Relentless. Have used this app on a couple Shopify stores. Has worked great to improve the shopping experience. The couple times we had minor issues that we thought might be linked to BCPO, Relentless responded very quickly to address and correct the problem.
Die App ist wirklich super und läuft einwandfrei! Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen der mehr als die von Shopify zur Verfügung gestellten 100 Varianten benötigt und/oder wer personalisierte Produkte anbietet. Habe auch gleich noch weitere Apps des Anbieters gebucht, welche ebenso einwandfrei laufen.
