Amazing help! I personally have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to code and figuring out shopify with my small business so it’s always soooo nice to have some help and quickly!! Highly reccomend.
I recently created my online restaurant store on Shopify, offering home delivery and pickup options. As I was adding all the options from our menu (choose your dressings, salsas, preparation options, etc.) it became quickly apparent that there were many variants for some dishes. The options in this app allowing the look and simplicity for how customers choose their variants is excellent. My restaurant has been on that big online platform that takes a 30% commission on every order. Customers have said that my restaurant website is BETTER than my listing and menu design on that big platform, and this app is part of why my customers like my online restaurant ordering superior.

This is one of my favorite Shopify apps. It’s very straightforward and very simple to use. The cost is not exorbitant for what it does. And it makes my life much simpler. If you were looking for something to add variance to your Shopify products I recommend this app wholeheartedly. Well done guys.

The application is good, the bad thing is the customer service. I have been waiting 1 week for a problem related to the payment buttons to be fixed, since the problem starts when I activate the app, and after 1 week I still have the problem and I am still waiting for the developer to connect to fix it. I have uninstalled the app and installed another one that I have no problem with.
I am sorry it took a while to fix the issue Vahan. I see Martin was able to fix the issue you initially reported with the dynamic checkout buttons being doubled within 3 days.
Unfortunately the issue with the dynamic checkout button being disabled is deep within Shopify's code and not an easy fix. Martin, my technical expert, was going to review this and see if there was anything he could do but you uninstall the app before he had a chance to look into this deeper.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you and your store. We do our best to offer quick support but sometimes there are issues that take longer to fix, and sometimes there are issues that we can't fix and they are out of our control.
The server is down a lot. I have had the app a week and have already wasted a lot of time refreshing and waiting for the app to be available to work in.
You will be happy to hear we switched to another company called StackHERO February 21st at 4am PST. We upgraded our mysql version, client library, and have unlimited connections now. We haven't seen any emails about this issue since.

We were trying our best to work with the company we used for the MySQL database. We went back and forth with them making changes, thinking the issue was fixed only to have it come up again intermittently. It has been very frustrating to say the least.
