THIS APP IS A JOKE! Wish I read the bad reviews first. you can not TRACK INVENTORY! Yes you can do more than 100 variants but that is not transferred back to shopify to enter quantities. So you basically can not put any INVENTORY QUANITIES, PRODUCT SKUS, BAR CODES! Have to mention that the customer support may take several days to reply, and this app will completely mess up your product page layout!!!
Hi Mary Ann, I am sorry the app didn't fit your needs. I see we always responded to your emails within a few hours. You can keep track of inventory and SKU's with Shopify Options and use our app to style those options. Or you can use our Virtual Options to add an infinite amount of options and variants. These however don't keep track of inventory or support SKUs. Can you give us more information about what you mean by "completely mess up your product page layout". I didn't see any emails about that.
After applying the team's recommandation, the app is working now. The installation of this app on my theme was a little tricky but the visual results are looking good. I recommend adding the link of the code tutorial on the "installation" part of the app because it couldn't detect my shopify theme.
I am happy you were able to get everything working. Our app will install automatically on 99% of themes. I am not sure why it wasn't working with your theme.

The worse app ever. I uninstall the app 3 days after, and they are charging me the whole month. I am feeling complete stolen
I contacted Shopify and they already removed this charge from your upcoming bill.
We just updated our app to give a cumulative 14 day trial. So now if someone installs the app for one day last year and installs again they will have 13 days left on their trial.
I looked into this and saw you had installed our app last May. Our 14 day trial was calculated from the first day you installed and that's why you immediately got charged when you reinstalled the app. That's how our old system worked

What I like about the app is basically the design of all the options you can choose, it just looks nice. The price is quite fair for what the app accomplishes. What I hate about it is the fact that you need an additional addon to be able to enable discount codes. Also that you need to dublicate all products for a modification insteat of simply applying the settings to a collection and getting a good overview.
Also that it's not linked to actuall products like bold does, it completely kills simple product cost calculation this way.
Also that you can not use Javascript within the options to target the products directly and keep everything close together.
Thank you for your review. We're aware of these limitations. We had to make some tough design decisions that would help as many merchants as possible. A lot of them are workarounds for missing features in Shopify's API.
Better group sets for controlling multiple products is one of our planned upgrades for the future.
We're going to keep on making our app better as Shopify's API allows.

options cannot be associated with a specific SKU... Which is relatively frustrating to say the least.
I'm sorry our app didn't fit your needs Thomas. Since most apps don't have this feature I sent you an email with the 2 apps that would work for what you are looking for.
This is something we want to get to eventually but since we only have a 2 person team and required and planned updates already, it is hard to do everything.
I understand you are disappointed our app didn't have the functionality you were looking for but I am sure after testing out a few other product options apps you can appreciate how well-built and easy it is to use our app.

Their support is terrible. They said we can do it to the question I asked first and then they said they got it wrong. Now I ask one question and they give me another answer.

We also have our own app for size charts called Best Fit - Size Charts, which has a free plan.

We really wanted to make the app work for us, but apparently, it has too many incompatibilities: the Paypal Express button and also not compatible with subscription apps. The developer replied very quickly to our emails but did not show much interest in trying to make things work.
Hi Tony, our app is compatible with subscription apps as long as you aren't using our price add-ons (which you aren't).
Unfortunately, Bold's Subscription app is deleting our data and also hides the Paypal Express Button on the Product Page and Cart when you have a subscription selected.
Bold would need to fix these issues on their end and we would be happy to assist them with any help they need.
An easier fix would be to install another subscription app like the one I mentioned in my email.
