Used this app for over a year, it's been very useful for my store :) They were helpful with any queries I had.
I'm using this app with the Shella theme which was performing just fine at first. It seemed to be compatible until last night. I've had 7 sales come thru that were attempting to buy one product and were shown an opposite product in the cart. They were also charged for the opposite product which means I have to issue 7 refunds. This has also slowed down my sales as I get 20/day before this time and today is my busiest day of the week and I'm sitting at 7 sales???? I lost money over this app glitching tf out.

We had updated our app the other day to better support our integration with another app called UploadKit. The update caused the issue with your theme. Everything is working now.
We went ahead and gave you a refund for our app. Let me know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Such a loss of time, prices are disappearing over time. Full of bugs, can't refresh without loosing all the work. If I could put 0 stars I would've ! Stay away from this app

The app is fine but it's not being used yet by my customers so I need to educate them on how to use it.

Decent. When your customer does a FILE UPLOAD and tries to Add to Cart it takes SO LONG that customers think the button doesn't work.
Also, if you have to edit the pages of multiple products you have to restart the search process over and over again. The app does the job but needs improvements.
We upgraded our app to have a loading animation so the customer knows they will need to wait while the file uploads.
We don't have any control over the customers connection and the speed at which they can upload their files.
We also have a duplicate tool to duplicate your options to multiple products so you don't have to restart every time.

Even there a few bugs, the support team helps you very fast, although there are only 2 men.

This app is well thought out and works much better than similar apps in the Shopify App Store.
For my application, I needed to specify add-ons to increase the value of each cart and also offer customers more flexibility.
It looks good in the cart, and works effectively and efficiently.
Customer service has been fabulous.
Impressive, all the way around.
Support for this app is terrible and they have an incredibly long response time. There's a major issue that's hurting my sales and they can take up to 4 days to reply.
Hi Boruch. We fixed all the issues you had with our app. There were issues with your third party app pagefly that we needed to fix that took longer than expected.
When I looked at our email interactions we always responded within a few hours.

The app is great for being able to add customization to products and added variants; however, it does override a lot of the theme options which has caused layout issues for our site.
Great app which is far more feature rich than most similar apps. Sorts out formatting in Shopify variants as well as those within the app. Brilliant customer service too. Day or night, these guys are there to help. Highly recommend.
