The Best Custom Product App has been such an awesome custom build tool for our Shopify store. We have several custom products that require quite a bit of detailed information from the customer to make sure the product is dialed in to their exact specifications. Hi, I'm from Brazil and I installed the app about 1 month ago and it brought a very positive change to my store. I work with customized products and the customization process was very difficult because I had to talk to each client individually. Now it's just perfect! Also, the app support is great. I was having difficulty with code programming and support did this job for me. I really recommend this app to anyone who has a custom product store. Despite all the positive points, I would leave it as a suggestion to improve the app: I found some settings difficult, for example, when you need to configure bundles. Customizing for the client is very easy and functional, but in the backstage, the configuration is difficult.

I'm in love with this app. Tried it for 2 weeks, can't beat it. Getting married to it. It's too beautiful. Clean. Minimalistic. So PURE..... My whole store is based around it and built on it. It's a beauty. So grateful it was designed by the TRULY RELENTLESS team.

Great so far. I do enjoy the ability to edit and add services this way. I would like some type of bulk editor if possible though.

Could not be happier with this app and Relentless. Have used this app on a couple Shopify stores. Has worked great to improve the shopping experience. The couple times we had minor issues that we thought might be linked to BCPO, Relentless responded very quickly to address and correct the problem.

Don't download this app! It suddenly removes all your variants, leaving your shop with only the add to cart button.

It happens randomly, after you notice it its already hours past and you lost your daily ads money plus all orders. It's a critical issue very huge catastrophic problem. And there is nothing for you to do! You have to turn off your ads and wait for them to reply your emails, rendering your complete shop useless and on their careless hands. It's so frustrating, worst experience with an app ever here on shopify!!

Answer to your reply: yes it took you 3 hours to reply my email but the technical issue lasted 24hours. 16 hours until I noticed. I lost approx 1.000$ through this problem. You going to refund that?
