Very good service, and they solved it quickly helped me solve what was missing for my store to be perfect.
Working pretty easily with the different options per product. Staff is very responsive, good experience overall.

Relenteless Apps
Just went live with our restaurant and ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. 2 out of the first 8 orders randomly did not charge for the add on items. The add on item added to the order (text) and displayed to the customer, however did not actually charge. Going to have to scrap this app and hundreds of hours of time creating our variants for hundreds of food items. Very disappointed and have been paying for this app during development. No testing yielded this, and we are using the app in the most off-the-shelf intention. Reading other reviews this has been a known issue since June 2020.
Hi Katerina, we fixed the issues you had with the app. Some themes need settings or code to be changed to get everything working together.
I also refunded you all your charges of the app while you where developing your store.

The application is slow to load. It takes a long time to display. The entire web page has been loaded, but it will take about 10 seconds to see the content of this application. The customer has already left
Update: You will be happy to know that we have updated our app to run faster on all new installs. No coding is required.

I love all the features, but hate the fact that it comes above my item tekst. -I have several colours, material and other add ons, so my sales tekst are placed SO low on the page, that I cannot really create that "Point of sale" HUGE disadvantage :(

It sounded like from our emails you were able to find a solution for this.
I suggest adding the description text to an instruction product option in our app so the text doesn't display in the cart and checkout.

Exactly what I was looking for and super easy to use. There was just a tiny hiccup getting it to show the proper variant price, but Martin was quick to respond and the issue was corrected the next day. Thanks again!
I used the app in order to customize further the products in my store and it works flawlessly. Great support also whenever i needed it! Recommended
I've only had a few days with it but so far it's simple to use, and it does what it needs to do for my shop needs. Only thing I wish the cost for Advanced was lower but overall I'm really happy with this app compared to others I had tried previously. I highly recommend!
