I use this app to add customized paper choices for multiple notebooks. It works well and allows for price upgrades and conditional choices as well. Here's what I wish it did better: - Discount Codes -It does not work with shopify's discount codes (you have to pay for another app) - Images - It does not allow you to change the image with the options selected.
- Printing - If you want to print MULTIPLE orders or packings slips, the options chosen do not show up. So I have to spend time printing individual order pages.
Hi Juniper Grove. You can add discount codes to the cart page with one of the apps I recommended.
For the product image changing you can do this with Shopify Options but not our Virtual Options.
You can also add code to your packing slip template to include our virtual options in the packing slip. Here is a link below.

It works! There was a glitch with our new theme, but they fixed it promptly. Their service and products are great. We used their Best Fit app as well which we were Very happy with. Our new theme has a size chart option which is the only reason why we're not now. Excellent service and Products.
I had some issues initially but the team helped resolve it with a quick turn-around. The features in the app were very versatile and was exactly what I was looking for.
This app really do what it should, and the support is very fast and great. If you should have variants this is the app you should buy.

With this app I can do everything I had imagined. It is user friendly and I'm very happy I installed it. I won't even think to try something else. They also have an excellent fast support if you need anything.

Loving this app! It's really helped me add more user-friendly colour, size and personalized options in my shop, and helped me manage my inventory on Shopify (so not every single option has to be tracked in inventory!) I also ran into an issue with printing invoices in Order Printer and Martin and Jon were really quick to answer and fix it for me! Highly recommend!
I had an order come in that didn't have any options chosen. I realized that the custom options are no longer showing up on my listings. I also realized that I have an increased number of abandoned checkouts, likely because customers were not able to choose options on their products. The only customer service option is an email form (which I have filled out), which means getting immediate help is not possible. In this case I have no idea how many sales this has cost me and I now have to reach out to customers and ask for their options and eat the cost if they choose something that should have been an upcharge. As a small business owner, this is an awful experience and I'm now more likely to leave Shopify all together for a selling platform that allows me to offer more product options without having to use undependable apps. UPDATE: Still no help from anyone at Relentless Apps but researching myself it seems that installing this app overrides some critical theme code. Two weeks ago we noticed that the mobile version of our site wasn't working. Fixing that code affected Variant, which caused it to stop working. In order to fix it we need code from Variant. We should not have to choose between a working mobile site and a working Variant app.
When I tested this I saw our app was working correctly. I sent you an email requesting more information to fix the issues.
We only offer email support but we will respond as quickly as possible. I see I responded to your email within 45 minutes. I have been waiting for a response with more information to fix this.
Update: Still waiting for a response. I have tried emailing you on your different contact emails. I see you are still using our app. Please email me back with more information to fix these issues.
