Very supportive staff, very quick in reply to inquiries and support in any issue.
This app does provide a way to customise the product options and it was really easy to use. It has the conditional logic that I was looking for. However a huge drawback is that I am unable to connect a product image to the product selections. I am afraid that if this isn't resolved I will have to look for another app, it is a non negotiable for me. But it was easy to use and looked good in my Shopify store, so if you don't need to connect images then it is a good option for customisation.
Our app can load an image associated with a variant if you are using Shopify Options. Sometimes certain themes need some code to make that compatible.

My response to your reply: Your response to my complaint is much too late. I had raised this issue, but you said you couldn't help me. And now, when I give a 1-star review, you can suddenly help? And don't write that the images are still there, because they aren't. I have tested on different browsers and also in incognito mode. The images were gone. It remains a terribly bad app; I have since found a much better app (with online chat for support, so you don't have to wait two days for a response).

This app is the worst I've come across. I had created 80 image swatches. After a few days, they disappeared. So, I recreated them, and again, they vanished after a few days. I did this four times and then sent an email to support, but they had never seen this before and couldn't provide an answer. So, I entered everything again, only to have it all disappear once more. This is truly outrageous. There are plenty of alternative apps out there. Definitely do not choose this one.
I am sorry you had issues with the app Geert. I see you uninstalled out app before we had a chance to look into this further and diagnose the issue.
I had my technical expert look into this and the images are still uploaded as you can see in the link below.

Since you are the only store experiencing the issue that leads me to believe another app might be deleting the metafield data from our app somehow.

I really wanted to like this app. I really did but the premium plan has overall failed for me. Firstly, the order print page wasn't showing the values my customers were choosing. I contacted the Relentless team and they got back to me immediately, saying tech support would keep in touch within 4 days. It has been weeks and no one got in touch.
Secondly, I implemented several coupon codes for email subscribers and for various sales including free shipping. It's been a month and I thought it odd that no one was using these coupon codes. That is, until I realized my "Discount Code" field during checkout was completely missing. I looked it up and thought maybe I had to upgrade my account. Well, $70 later, nothing helped. I then did some testing and realized the main issue was this app. For some reason, when customers select variants with an upcharge, discount codes just simply don't work. Automatic discounts don't show a newly calculated subtotal and the discount code box on the checkout page is no longer displayed. The only way customers could add a discount code was if they chose options that didn't cost extra.
This app was great from the get-go but after using it for a month, I realize the serious limitations of the premium plan and will unfortunately, have to update my 400+ items for something else more viable and compatible. I think this app is excellent for shops that don't have any upcharges on their variants. The basic plan will work perfectly but if you're going for the premium $18.99 plan which lets you add pricing for your variants, I would recommend another app's premium plan like Product Customizer. It's $19.99 but works seamlessly with discounts which I really appreciate.

This app was everything I hoped it would. It makes it incredible easy to manage the variants of my products.
This app appeared to be very good and useful, however it broke the swatch option on my product and would not uninstall completely. Contacting the app developer proved to be unhelpful as they stated that the app was fully removed and the issue was not something that was caused by their coding.
Hi Lance. I see I emailed you a month ago. I had sent a request to access your store and look into the issue but you declined the access and never emailed me back.
We would be happy to look into this again and fix any issues caused by our app.

Relentless Apps
Been using the app for a short while and its great for file uploads of custom items. The download method of files should be more intuitive.
The images used to download with the correct file type when you clicked on them, but Shopify made a change a few months back to .webp files. There isn't anything we can do, I am sorry about that.

The app work well with Chrome, but I can not open it with Safari on my Macbook. Please fix it, I want to use this app

disables cart slider (redirects checkout to /cart page first) which leads to lower conversion rate (one more click and page load time to complete purchase) for ALL orders, even if only regular products are part of the shopping cart. If this cannot be avoid at all for "variant option products", at least it shouldn't happen for all other orders, too.
Sorry about that Matthias. We have a setting that will leave the add-to-cart functionality alone. This is only compatible if you are only using Shopify Options.
If you are using our virtual options then our app needs to get sent to the cart page after you click add to cart to ensure that our data is saved correctly. To my knowledge, all product options apps will have the same issue.
