Don't download this app! It suddenly removes all your variants, leaving your shop with only the add to cart button.
It happens randomly, after you notice it its already hours past and you lost your daily ads money plus all orders. It's a critical issue very huge catastrophic problem. And there is nothing for you to do! You have to turn off your ads and wait for them to reply your emails, rendering your complete shop useless and on their careless hands. It's so frustrating, worst experience with an app ever here on shopify!!

Answer to your reply: yes it took you 3 hours to reply my email but the technical issue lasted 24hours. 16 hours until I noticed. I lost approx 1.000$ through this problem. You going to refund that?
Sorry about that Daniel. We fixed an issue with our script last night which caused an issue in your Paolo Alto theme. We have already fixed this issue earlier this morning. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. I am sorry it took us a 3 hours to see your email. We do our best to give the best support we can.
does not allow variants to send digital files. The developers offer no assistance. Take it as it is or leave it.
UPDATE: no app like Variant Option Product Options that I could find allows digital downloads. I found a workaround after spending 2 weeks and figured out that I could use shopify's variants for the digital downloads, then use Variant Option Product Options for the remainders. The pricing ads up correctly. so i did reinstal the app and it is working
I wish they could have told me about a workaround instead of me spending 30 hours of my time figuring out a workaround. they should give me free lifetime subscription for helping them resolve their problem.

The application stopped my pixel from tracking the data from adding it to the cart and once the trial period was over it made my site crash for a whole day displaying twice the base price. The promotional price was reversed with my base price a problem that made me lose a lot of money. I'm disappointed because the application worked well at the beginning. The after sales service is not user friendly.
Update: You will be happy to know we upgraded the app so FB pixel works on all themes now.
Old reply: Hi Kevin, I responded to you an hour after you sent your email with information on how to fix the pixel issue. I never heard back from you.
You never emailed us about the issues mentioned and never gave us a chance to fix this.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
the app is now having access to order and customer details which they previous never asked.
Giving your customer data to a third party app which doesn't need it to function can be harmful for your business
We updated our permissions so we can create price add-ons. These permissions allow our app to create draft orders.
If you look at similar product option apps you will see that they require the same permissions.
I understand it might be scary to give permissions to a third party app but they are necessary for our new price add-ons feature to work. I hope you understand.

Bad support , Bad support , Very bad support in the beginning they was little bit fast in answering , but when i deleted thier app because it's not compatible with an other app and caused some bugs issue with the theme , they didn't answer me after , it's been 3 days i was waiting for their answer , Knowing that they did login to the store without any updates .
Hi Jonathan, please check your spam folder. I have sent you three emails in the last couple days and it doesn't look like you are receiving any of them. Also if you can email me from a different email that might be the best way to communicate.
I fixed the issue a day ago. The problem was you had the product options hidden in the product template in your theme customizer. Our app didn't cause any issues.
You might need to clear your cache to see the updated code.
I can see that the product options are showing in the product below.

So many problems with this app.
Firstly, options are difficult to organise. Once you add an option e.g. size to Tshirt A, you can duplicate it to Tshirt B easily. But if you suddenly forgot to add the colour option on Tshirt A, duplicating Tshirt A to B will replace all of Tshirt B's unique options, different from Tshirt A. This was extremely annoying as I could not duplicate only one option.
You must pay for an external app to have discount code box enabled. If you don't, there's no discount box.
I ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. I lost money from that and the customer service said they tried their best but could not figure out why my orders would randomly be placed without price add-ons. This is the absolute worst, it happened twice, out of 10 orders and that's enough to make me delete this app.
Customer service was not replied in the nicest manner. I've had better support from another app I found that is better than this for much cheaper, where they could show me screenshots and videos of how to change something.
Don't waste your hours adding all the options and then having your website close down for a week to figure out the problem.
Pros: I like all the options and the look, especially with the instructions type option where I can add a photo to help shoppers understand the option better.
Could be better, honestly.

With hundreds of themes and thousands of apps there are endless possible compatibility problems. We are constantly improving our app to fix any problems that come up.
We realize that the duplicate tool doesn't fit every users needs and are creating something that will. We are already working on a better system to control product options for multiple products, and collections.

I have encountered a lot of problems using this application. The variants displayed on my site are not the same as those on the application.
So I lost a lot of time because I had to start over every time until it was the right variants on my site. A few days later, the images were again not the right ones, it is a lack of professionalism towards my customers.
When I contact the support to understand why I am having this problem, no answer... I do not recommend

Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. It took me days to set up the app. Unfortunately, the app has some bugs, e.g. product prices are not transferred to the checkout page. The customer service responded relatively quickly, but could not help in most cases. The technician is booked out for days, I was told. To fix my problems I would have had to wait 4 (!!!) days. Such slow service can ruin your business. I definitely cannot recommend this app, it just has too many bugs.
Thank you for the compliment, we do our best to answer emails quickly. When I looked into our emails I saw that we always responded within a few hours answering your questions and fixing any issues you had with the app.
To be clear I do see Jon had told you it would take 1-4 days to fix your incompatibility issue with your theme where our app's virtual options were not showing there. I tried to fix this issue 24 hours after you gave us access to your store but you had already uninstalled the app.
To be fair to all our customers we fix the problems of our customers in the order we receive them.
If you would like to try out our app again please re-install the app.

THIS APP IS A JOKE! Wish I read the bad reviews first. you can not TRACK INVENTORY! Yes you can do more than 100 variants but that is not transferred back to shopify to enter quantities. So you basically can not put any INVENTORY QUANITIES, PRODUCT SKUS, BAR CODES! Have to mention that the customer support may take several days to reply, and this app will completely mess up your product page layout!!!
Hi Mary Ann, I am sorry the app didn't fit your needs. I see we always responded to your emails within a few hours. You can keep track of inventory and SKU's with Shopify Options and use our app to style those options. Or you can use our Virtual Options to add an infinite amount of options and variants. These however don't keep track of inventory or support SKUs. Can you give us more information about what you mean by "completely mess up your product page layout". I didn't see any emails about that.
The worse app ever. I uninstall the app 3 days after, and they are charging me the whole month. I am feeling complete stolen
I contacted Shopify and they already removed this charge from your upcoming bill.
We just updated our app to give a cumulative 14 day trial. So now if someone installs the app for one day last year and installs again they will have 13 days left on their trial.
I looked into this and saw you had installed our app last May. Our 14 day trial was calculated from the first day you installed and that's why you immediately got charged when you reinstalled the app. That's how our old system worked
