I've had the app installed on my store for several years now. It’s very easy and intuitive to set up and manage. Martin and Jon have always been very responsive to all of my questions and have resolved any help requests promptly. Thank you!
As a jewellery brand, we needed far more flexibility for customer personalization than supported by Shopify options and variants out of the box.
We found VO Product Options to be the best on the market and would strongly recommend it not only for the product itself but also Relentless' first-rate technical support.
The price add-ons stopped working since 3 weeks ago and the team doesn't respond to our requests. It caused us many losses already.

I absolutely love this app!!! It allows me to provide multiple options for my customers instead of them being limited to only a couple items! It is very easy to use, and navigate through! This app is allowing my business to provide all the options I want! If it wasn’t for this app I wouldn’t be able to! Thank you again for providing this app making it user friendly and helping other businesses ...
Easy to use, and allows a ton of added flexibility in offering variations on item listings in Shopify. We couldn't do without it at this point.
