COUPONS WON'T WORK WITH IT!!! I reached out to support twice and both times received a canned answer that I must have missed the information...'Our price add-ons use draft orders which aren’t compatible with the discount code box on the checkout page. '
It is suggested that I purchase another monthly app to use as a work around and they blame Shopify for the issue.
However, when reaching out to Shopify they said 'the app is currently not up to par with our updates'.
Quite the headache for us and our customers.
For paying nearly $20 a month they should be able to create another way it would work.

The app would be almost perfect except it has no way of showing products swatch colors and the developers/customer service do not care about your problems. They will give 50% effort. If you have a complicated problem just don't do it. If it's simple then go for it. Literally 75% of the time it doesn't charge the customer for the add-on. I lost so much money not catching them. I don't recommend at all but it could be a nice fit for you depending on your theme and how complex the add-ons need to be. It's very upsetting because it has a lot of potential. To summarize, the customer service do not care about problems, it doesn't charge the customers, and I just get lots of problems with it. Just save yourself the trouble if you bought a theme. IT WILL NOT WORK.

Excellent app. I was able to set options for my variants in no time. The user experience of our website became so much better now. I really recommend this app to anyone who has complex products that require several variants.

The developers of the app are incredibly helpful and even provide emails once in a while for helpful tips. This app has been great for my website.

messed up with my theme. my add to cart button can not work at all after i use this app. wasted thousands of fb ad fee. i am writting this down to remind my self so that i don't come back again.

Super easy to add custom features to your cart! Comparing with others it did the job. Giving it a 4 because wish it was more affordable to keep using. Maybe if you're just using one simple feature, it can be adjusted.

At the moment it is the only product page options app that works in my theme external to shopify, you do not have to install any code and it is very simple to use I recommend it.

A very versatile, robust, and functional app. We are so happy to have found and installed it on our site- it's made a huge difference on the product pages, allowing us to sell products in ways that we were unable to do before using the app.
Be sure to look into the Settings area. There are tons of ways to finetune the app to best suit whatever you are selling.
And most importantly, the Support is outstanding! Jon and Martin are incredibly helpful and thorough. Thank you!

Works/looks great on the Customer end.

However, through the back end, there is not an option to add a SKU number for a variant. Also if a variant is purchased, since it "doesn't require shipping," it doesn't transfer over into ShipStation and the order comes in as the Standard product.

I had this app installed, updated all of my products in one day. I needed one teensy bit of coding help and they were the fastest I've ever seen to help. Technology ninjs, pretty sure. My site looks amazing and I am so excited to see how my customers like the easier maneuvering.
