We have been using the Variant Robot app to group our color variants across our webshops, and it has been a great solution for us. The app works smoothly and has really improved the way we present our products to customers.
The support we received during setup and in our daily use of the app. has been excellent.

Works as expected, and when it doesn't, the support is quick to jump into action and fix it or help however they can. Doesn't support selecting multiple variants within one product (size | color | length) but it was still the best option we could find.

Variant Robot allows us to feature all colour variants on PLP while providing an easy overview on the PDP. This specific setup is optimal for our many different customer journeys. Variant Robot is easy to configure and works like a charm.

Didn't work for me and I have no idea why. No logging function. What documentation there is is well-presented and well-written but the app just seems completely inadequate for the complex task it is meant to solve. No response from their support after a couple of days. Waste of time.

However, we’re sorry to hear the app didn’t work for your setup and that you didn’t get a timely response from us. This isn’t the experience we aim for, and we’ve since improved both our support process and diagnostic tools to better assist in complex cases.
