Swatch King: Variants Options

At first, we had problems installing the app; but on a short notice StarApps Studio support team solved the problem and helped us configure another of their apps. Once installed the app works magnificently. We are particulary satisfied with the automatic recognition of variant labels.

We like what we can do with the app. We have been using it for more than a year.
However our experience with the support team has been quite dismal.
Sometimes there are little glitches in the app performance, and while it should be obvious to the app developers, one has to try really hard to make them understand. For instance, in our case, the swatches group title was showing (like an orphan) on product page even when all swatches were hidden due to the them being sold out. Why should there be a group title when there are no swatches underneath it? Obvious glitch. We asked them to fix it. They simply disabled all swatches from all product pages!! On other occasions also we faced difficulty receiving simple solutions. We dont have issues with what the app can or cannot do. It is simply an issue of a very amateur support team.

Great app and great team. This app has provided a solution to what had been a tricky issue for us.

Highly recommend you use this app for your swatches. Swatches came out great and they helped get them on my collection page as well as product page. Customer service was fast and able to accomplish everything I asked for.

I was looking for an app that I could use swatches on the collection page without it being a hassle, I went through multiple apps and they all were just too much. With this app, though, all I had to do was request that I wanted it loaded on the collection page and they did the rest. So it definitely saved me a headache plus I love the outcome!

Suddenly on 2023 customer support has literally disappeared, layout in my store is all messed up, they are not responding any email or giving feedback. Now i'm looking for an option to replace this app that will bring me so many extra hours of work.

Early 2022: the app works pretty well and the team is really helpfull they get back to you real quick and they help you out with installation if any problem is met
