Great app, support team usually can help but are not transparent at all. I have had numerous occasions now where they leave me on read with no response until I message them multiple times.

Tried multiple apps but this one takes all the customization possible to make the Swatches as unique to the store. Great job team.

The app has all the features I am looking for. Perfect! And the customer support is excellent. The team always respond fast.

There were some setup issues. Although tech support answers in a day, it is not so fast and especially for a live site. I got conflicting answers on how to do things from 2 different people there, which may have caused a conflict in the way that things work. The biggest problem in the end is that the site was displaying 2 sets of pictures for every variant: 1 from Shopify and 1 from Swatch King. The one from Shopify is not functional, so it was suggested to turn that one off which we did. After turning off Shopify's, we realized that our products that don't have variants were no longer showing visitors the alternate images of products stopped showing as well. They knew that this would happen without warning us. So we needed to decide what to do. The funny thing is that Swatch King said "We have another product that can solve that for you". Come on guys....you are making a Swatch for Shopify stores to be functional. All this functionality should be in one place and not upcharge us for each thing that should have been covered in the first place.

I can only give 5 stars, if I could I would give 10.
The application is what I am looking for and it makes the website look infinitely better for the client's navigability and that is the fundamental thing.
Understanding the operation at first is a little big, but you quickly understand that with everything it offers, it has to be as broad as the amount of things it offers.
This is really not a problem, because now comes the best, the customer service is out of this world, I have never seen a team that cares so much about helping, it is incredible! and especially who was assisting me: Nikhilesh, an outstanding professional.
I fervently recommend the app, the presence of your website will look like a multinational.
Don't hesitate, it's worth it for what it serves and for the attention. all perfect.

Great app ! Exactly displaying our variants as we needed ! It's important for customers to be able to see the visual and not only the text. Solving a basic issue from Shopify app not being able to provide this feature. Customer Service could provide faster service.
