When I first purchased the app, the customer service was good and helped me set up my app on to my site. I was pleased with the service, so I went ahead and installed it on my second website; however, after they set up my 2nd website, it's been really hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. I've been waiting for 2 days just for the dashboard to say " be back in 3 hours," so I waited for 3 more hours just for the dashboard to say a few more hours. Super annoyed. Lack of customer service...not sure if this app is worth keeping if I can't reach anyone when needed.
Other reviewers are all saying the support is there when needed...not sure what support they are referring to...because it's not there. waiting for 2 days going on 3 is ridiculous.
When using the app our customers couldn't add the right product in the basket. So the app did not work properly. And they couldn't fix the issue
Was planning to use the app for our store, but poor customer support. An agent viewed my message but didn't respond.
Suddenly on 2023 customer support has literally disappeared, layout in my store is all messed up, they are not responding any email or giving feedback. Now i'm looking for an option to replace this app that will bring me so many extra hours of work.
Early 2022: the app works pretty well and the team is really helpfull they get back to you real quick and they help you out with installation if any problem is met
