Suddenly on 2023 customer support has literally disappeared, layout in my store is all messed up, they are not responding any email or giving feedback. Now i'm looking for an option to replace this app that will bring me so many extra hours of work.

Early 2022: the app works pretty well and the team is really helpfull they get back to you real quick and they help you out with installation if any problem is met

I have been facing some trouble to import all my color swatches but the support was very helpful ! it will be great to have the functionality to update swatch colors by importing only one file and not go through each product group and update them manually

The app is a must if you have many variants of a single product. It helped us a lot to increase the conversions and duration time of customers. The customization of swatches works great and has many options. Also the support team is great answers the questions in detail and fast.

All in all a beautiful app! Even though there were some minor issues, as the app got the conflict with our store theme, the support team helped us out promptly and perfectly. It's a big step for our product pages.
