I've been using this app for a few years now and as it has evolved, it's only gotten better. I'm now changing which features we use and how it looks it into our new site and the customer service is amazing. I tend to need very specific features and customizations and Ivan has answered every question I had . When I had a request which was a little less straightforward, he passed it up the chain and Utpal helped me come up with a better solution than I had thought of.

This app has so many different types of customizations and options. Right now my favorite is the ability to group products so they can be individual in a collection but show as variants. I highly recommend this app!!

I have been using the Swatch King app for a short time and have really enjoyed my experience using the app. I can customize swatches on my home page and collection page quite easily. Anything that I have had trouble figuring out for myself, I have reached out to Swatch Kings via live chat and have talked with Riyona a couple of times now, who has adjusted the app to work exactly how I wanted it to. I would highly recommend the app and if you have any trouble using the app hopefully you will get to work with Riyona!

I am so far very content with the SWATCH KING app. Personally, I use the Prestige theme for my store which is already indeed very nice and full of options, however, the swatch option is unfortunately not incorporated other than for color and also it is not shown in collections the way I wished (not with a variant image but just a color circle). Therefore I sought an app to accomplish this. Swatch King is really very user-friendly and most importantly highly functional and visually pleasing. I like the possibility to choose from different shapes and colors for swatches, so as the possibility to customize all of those as per wish. Another thing I appreciate is the transparency in prices. I personally don't find this to be expensive at all, it can only bring conversion in my opinion, given that a store visitor may directly see from the collection all of the options on a specific item, which is definitely an advantage - 5 stars from me so far. :)

I've had this app for over 12 months now and when i do an app cull its the only one i always keep. The support staff are quick and always fix my problems straight away. Riyona just helped me install the app on my newest theme perfectly. There are a lot of settings so it seems fiddly at first but the beauty is that you can customize it down to the millimetre to make it perfect for your store and once its set you don't need to change a thing.
