I had a problem with thumbnail image and id image. Their assistance edited theme code and fixed it! I would suggest their app to everyone is looking for a excellent variant image service!

As said in a few other reviews, I ran into compatibility issues with the recently updated version of the "Venture" theme.
Though after some immediate help from Dave, it was working in minutes and looks awesome.

We have used this app for quite a while now and it works great. It is perfect for handling all the various thumbnail images that go with each color of our different products. We have used it on two themes so far. Whenever we have needed support they were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this app.
