the app does its job well and we have always been happy with it, we are forced to give 3 stars for customer service, as we have had requests to make to them for a new theme that we have to install in our website and unfortunately the answers we receive are fragmentary and often they don't even answer to us with any kind of feedback.
Let's hope they can improve in this regard.
Super responsive and going to make a huge difference in our shop. We make one-of-a-kind color combinations for products and it will save a lot of time and make it easier for the customer to see their options. VIP has an easy drag and drop interface for easy setup and works exactly how it's described (just follow the directions y'all). We recently upgraded to a premium theme and the Eshop Guide support team went above and beyond to help us get the app setup. Overall great app with a support team that will stand behind it! *Edit*
