I initially gave a 5-star review because they were responsive at first. However, after that, their support became slow and unhelpful, and my issues were never properly resolved.

I then gave a 2 star review.

But after that they mix it up even more, and cant fix the problems they cause then its not worth it 1 star is everything they deserve

Really frustrating customer service experience. App completely conflicts with our 2.0 theme (expanse). Reached out as advised on Whats App. it was an obtuse back and forth with long lags - they were constantly reminding me what time it was in Pakistan instead of fixing problem. Finally did get a fix two days later where every variant was showing the same photo in the same color - which obviously was not completed work. Another 20 hours went by. Finally just deleted it. There are plenty of competitors in this space and prompt customer service for an app that tends to create java errors is essential. Don't bother.

This app is a scam , The 5 Bucks subscription literally has no use , i mean literally , You literally have to upgrade from $5 to $12 before you can even start using their service .

Horrible app support, this add-on broke my filters on my website. Have been trying to contact the developers for over a week. Tried WhatsApp and email. Completely unhelpful and unresponsive. They use time zones as an excuse, but I've responded them immediately in the early AM's just to respond.

The app says it has 24-hour support and I have been waiting for a few hours for a response on their WhatsApp channel and they do not respond. The app does not work as promised.

If the product has two variants like size and color, and you only want to split by color, what do you do? It did not work for me.

This app is an absolute disaster! Not only did it completely break our website's liquid code, resulting in our collection pages showing persistent errors even after uninstallation, but their customer service is a nightmare too. There's no live chat available, and it takes hours, sometimes days, to get any response from them. Meanwhile, every passing minute without our products visible on the website is costing us money. This app's malfunction not only disrupted our catalog but also the entire revenue stream of our business. Steer clear unless you're willing to risk lost sales, frustration, and a complete lack of reliable support.

After setting it up, right away, a liquid error is shown on all my collection pages.

Does not delete its code after deleting the plugin, the liquid error is still on my collection pages.
