This app worked quite well for us for several months. However, it suddenly started to really bog down our website causing add to cart buttons to load very slowly - sometimes taking over 2 minutes for the add to cart button to appear on product pages. On some of our product pages, the add to cart button would not appear at all. After updating our theme, deleting unused apps, and other general cleanup, I eventually decided to uninstall this app. Once I did - the problems resolved immediately.

I really wanted this to work for us as the shared inventory function DID work beautifully. However, its hardly worth it when we're losing sales because potential customers cannot add items to their carts.

Did not work as advertised. It still allowed people to purchase beyond what the allowed inventory that I set. I checked the “Items Total Quantity” after my product launch and it shows negative stock for multiple items (-2, -1, -3, which means it did not control inventory and allowed purchases beyond stock available).

Extremely frustrated and do not recommend this app.

Worked for all of 2 days and then unsynced and never worked again. Because I had spent 40+ hours syncing thousands of products and variants, I didn't take the time to redo everything. The product is exactly what I was looking for but sadly doesn't work for us...

its not really what i want especially when it want me to turn off track inventory functions, that all the point of sales are not able to check the quantity of the stock

Cette application est super simple d’utilisation et le service client est très réactif et vraiment top. Très bonne expérience ! Il y a juste un petit temps de latence lorsqu’on choisit une variante sur un produit pour que le bouton « ajouter au panier » se mette à jour avec le bon prix. C’est le seul petit bémol que je pourrais signifier !

We use the app to offer a split inventory for workshops with and without material in our store, which was not possible with the standard Shopify.

In the beginning there were minor technical problems, but the support was excellent: fast, competent and super friendly. Since the update, everything has been running smoothly and as it should. Great service and a really helpful team - absolutely recommendable!

Painful user interface... takes forever to set things up if you have more than a few products. Product selector is a pain as well, no photos, just names, search function doesn't work and I feel like it never showed all the products. When choosing the variants (and again, I have a bunch), it's impossible to keep track of which variants are already selected. A "select all variants" option would be so helpful. Instructions not super clear, too. Sorry, just don't have the patience for this app. I rather continue setting my inventory to 1 or 2 and then manually upping inventory than using this. Don't want to bash the devs, as I don't know how much work goes into these, but trying some constructive feedback from an actual user with a lot of products.

I’m just started using VSI to track quantities across variants. It’s easy to use, however, there was a compatibility issues with the Spotlight Shopify theme, so products continued selling even though the shared quantities = 0 on VSI. I reached out to support via WhatsApp and they fixed the issue within an hour. I’ve honestly never experienced such helpful, efficient customer service in my life! I had to close my shop and handle waiting customers while it was being fixed, and I was so relieved to have the issue handled so quickly. I recommend this app for tracking inventory across variants, but be sure it is full compatible with your site before going live!

The app does exactly what I need but the best part is the customer support. They have a flawless, fast, and trustworthy whatsapp support that has proved to be very helpful. Aaqil has been my person of contact for the past few days and he has understood very well my concerns and has provided a top notch support by solving all of them :)
