Great app for syncing stock with multiple channels and Royal Mail integration has been particularly useful in automatic tracking codes for customers!
This is my 100% truthful and detailed review. As of recently, we do on average about 500 orders a day. So we do stress test it a bit! (It managed to cope with 1000 orders a day perfectly)
We started out with Veeqo about 6 months ago. It reshaped how we did things, and allowed us to expand to other sales channels without splitting our stock. The speed increase it gave us in completing the orders are amazing.
Admittedly, we have had quite a few problems with Veeqo, BUT that is in the past and they have tried their best (every member at Veeqo, not naming any specific names!) to put things right as soon as possible. Which may involve the Veeqo team working out of hours to rectify. Every problem that we have encountered has been fixed within a good amount of time. But don’t let that put you off, we have not had anything catastrophic happen and significant problems are extremely rare.
Veeqo as a company & an application are evolving and updating all the time, which is one of the best things about them. With many other applications & subscriptions we have had in the past; you may buy into the contract and you are stuck with the same application in a year or two, whereas Veeqo is almost updated/upgraded every single day. (and the updates are always good changes!)
The support Veeqo provides is quite excellent. From a click of the button you receive instant access to their help centre, or you can talk to a member of the Veeqo team which are very helpful. If you have any problems are questions, it isn't hard to get them answered or fixed.
The application itself is very good. As I said previously, updated constantly. It works well, it’s well designed and works good with the channels we have used (Amazon, eBay & Shopify). It ties everything together nicely. Some people may think it to be expensive, but you do get what you pay for. It offers reports, which are quite good for roughly checking your takings and profits (I use it every day!). It offers fully customisable invoices/receipts and other order printables you may use (one of the main reasons for trying Veeqo in the first place). Also, the ability to barcode orders and products is excellent! So if you do use Veeqo, I would recommend investing in a scanner!
The initial setup is very quick. (Depending on the amount of products you sell of course.) With other applications of this type you would need weeks or to pay a ridiculous fee to get it setup. But the initial setup is very quick, easy and simple. (Nothing complex whatsoever with no problems).
Summary:
From the experience I have received from Veeqo, how it has helped us to increase the amount of orders (& be able to cope!) I would highly recommend because we could not live without it. Perfect customer service and very good application.
Veeqo is the best application in its category.
We will probably never stop using Veeqo. Highly recommend.
A must for processing orders and taking all the worry and risk of error from the order processing routine. If you are worrying about getting the right application integrated to do the job, this is the one for you.
The system is very flexible and completely integrated with our in-house systems with ease. If you do need help the after service and technical help is also first rate. Thanks.

We needed something to make it easy to track our inventory using a barcode scanner, which Veeqo does perfectly. Since they work with FedEx now, its made life easier print customer documents, rather than having to log into the FedEx system. Would highly recommend.
Awesome software, order management software has never been so user friendly. I have switched from one of the biggest well known order management software companies & the difference is light and day, and it's Cheaper!!

We did an exhaustive search for an inventory management and fulfilment system before we launched our Shopify store, and Veeqo came out tops. It had the right balance of lots of useful features for a new eCommerce store, while being easy to setup as well as affordable.
Veeqo integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store as well as Xero (which we are using for accounting). Importing products from Shopify into Veeqo was a breeze.
Now this is money well spent. Having Veeqo integrated into our online store has saved us so much time and money.
We have been running Veeqo for well over 12 month and I must say we are really pleased with the time and money saved and the increase in our business since install.
Highly recommended.
We love using it, as it makes it a lot easier to manage all our orders with orders tags and filters them by status. We make use it to manage all our suppliers and creating purchase orders. Best bit is integration with Royal Mail, so when we click "Ship" it prints out the Royal Mail shipping label with the customer address on it and tracking numbers get recorded with the order.
great app for anybody looking for an inventory management app that handles various channels. for us it's also a great extention to shopify, giving us the ability to place POs, transfer stock in between our various locations and add internal notes to our products. their support team is quickly responding and helpful. thanks andrew!
