We have had a great experience integrating Veeqo with our Shopify store. The integration with our warehouse is seamless, and we are able to track multiple channels pretty simply. The customer service is very good, I never have any issues getting in touch with questions. It would be great to see some improvement in the reporting capabilities, more flexible data retrieval and more user friendly interfaces would definitely make our lives easier.
The choice for us was to find an integration software that was sophisticated enough to enable a much faster way of processing orders or to hire a further member of staff to deal with just this...thankfully, we chose to go with Veeqo and so far they have taken everything we throw at them.
Great technical support and a really friendly team that really makes you feel they appreciate the business you are giving - and we very much appreciate the service we receive. You'd be hard pushed to find a more in depth order management and postage integration system. Thanks guys.
We love Veeqo! We operate two Shopify stores (one for US and one for Canada) plus two separate Amazon FBA stores. In December of 2019 we migrated from a much higher priced competitor to Veeqo. Right away I was impressed with the thorough pre-flight process. The Veeqo crew didn't give the impression of a pushy sales team. They truly wanted to make sure that Veeqo would meet all of our needs before we signed on. Vera was not only extremely knowledgeable with the product but understood our needs and how we would be impacted (good and bad) by the switch. After a very smooth implementation, I was shocked that there was not one major issue. No records were lost and syncing was all spot-on! Each week of using Veeqo made me a bigger fan as I discovered the many time time-saving advantages. Lastly, the customer service is extremely helpful, friendly, and prompt. We love Veeqo!
Amazing platform that's made concentrating on growth easy. The team are very helpful and they have a chat function where you generally get a response within 2-5 min. The platform continuously has improvements made to it, and is suitable for companies of all sizes
Veeqo does a good job of managing order fulfilment across eBay, Shopify and Amazon. Customer service is helpful and responsive.
Love the team, love the app, love that everything we've asked they've been able to help with or build for us. No fuss, just great results. Would highly recommend Veeqo to everyone!
Great app for syncing stock with multiple channels and Royal Mail integration has been particularly useful in automatic tracking codes for customers!

This is my 100% truthful and detailed review. As of recently, we do on average about 500 orders a day. So we do stress test it a bit! (It managed to cope with 1000 orders a day perfectly)
We started out with Veeqo about 6 months ago. It reshaped how we did things, and allowed us to expand to other sales channels without splitting our stock. The speed increase it gave us in completing the orders are amazing.
Admittedly, we have had quite a few problems with Veeqo, BUT that is in the past and they have tried their best (every member at Veeqo, not naming any specific names!) to put things right as soon as possible. Which may involve the Veeqo team working out of hours to rectify. Every problem that we have encountered has been fixed within a good amount of time. But don’t let that put you off, we have not had anything catastrophic happen and significant problems are extremely rare.
Veeqo as a company & an application are evolving and updating all the time, which is one of the best things about them. With many other applications & subscriptions we have had in the past; you may buy into the contract and you are stuck with the same application in a year or two, whereas Veeqo is almost updated/upgraded every single day. (and the updates are always good changes!)
The support Veeqo provides is quite excellent. From a click of the button you receive instant access to their help centre, or you can talk to a member of the Veeqo team which are very helpful. If you have any problems are questions, it isn't hard to get them answered or fixed.
The application itself is very good. As I said previously, updated constantly. It works well, it’s well designed and works good with the channels we have used (Amazon, eBay & Shopify). It ties everything together nicely. Some people may think it to be expensive, but you do get what you pay for. It offers reports, which are quite good for roughly checking your takings and profits (I use it every day!). It offers fully customisable invoices/receipts and other order printables you may use (one of the main reasons for trying Veeqo in the first place). Also, the ability to barcode orders and products is excellent! So if you do use Veeqo, I would recommend investing in a scanner!
The initial setup is very quick. (Depending on the amount of products you sell of course.) With other applications of this type you would need weeks or to pay a ridiculous fee to get it setup. But the initial setup is very quick, easy and simple. (Nothing complex whatsoever with no problems).
Summary:
From the experience I have received from Veeqo, how it has helped us to increase the amount of orders (& be able to cope!) I would highly recommend because we could not live without it. Perfect customer service and very good application.
Veeqo is the best application in its category.
We will probably never stop using Veeqo. Highly recommend.
